Mouse Anti-CEBP epsilon Antibody

Detection of Human CEBP e by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5ug/ml of Mouse Human CEBP e Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRPconjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for CEBP e at approximately 37kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 5.

CEBP e in HeLa Human Cell Line. CEBP e was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Mouse Human CEBP e Monoclonal Antibody at 10ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLightsTM 557conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
